In October 2009 at JSC Electrometallurgical Works Dneprospetsstal named after A.N. Kuzmin the output of steel comprised 29 903 tons that is by 15% more than in September 2009. For the same period 19 063 tons of rolled stock was shipped from shops that is by 18,3% higher than in the previous month. In October the overall value of marketable products was over UAH 261.3 million (for established prices).

For 10 months of the current year the production of steel and rolled stock is correspondingly 46.1% and 44.9% of the production volume for the same period of the year 2008. Total production output is reduced by 51.7% comparing to the production volume in January-October of the year 2008.
