November 13-16 in Moscow 18th International Industrial Trade Show “Metal-Expo 2012” took place. The show was devoted to a traditional exchange of opinions and actual information and to professional networking development.

728 companies participated in “Metal-Expo 2012”, which were: leading metallurgical companies and holdings, equipment manufacturers and suppliers, the greatest metal traders from Russia and more than 30 countries of all over the world.

Dneprospetsstal’s top-managers had commercial meetings with the customers in the frameworks of the Show. They also met potential consumers; discuss cooperation perspectives and Russian markets development perspectives, plans of rival companies’ development, etc.

As a result of presence at RF market the negotiations with the representatives of the United Engine Corporation became possible. The Corporation unites 95% of manufacturers of gas turbine engines for aviation and oil-and-gas sectors.

There were also very important meetings with the greatest CIS aircraft engine producers, with the companies-members of Atomenergomash and with the representatives of the leading companies in motor and tube sectors.

After participation in Show it is planned to enlarge the quantity traded of stainless, structural, tool and high-speed steels from 10% to 30%.

Participation in the exhibitions of such a high level for DSS – is a chance not only to evaluate the state and possibilities of metal products consuming, but to form a stock of orders for a future year, which is a ticket to success in a future industrial activity.
